Dwyne Hill

Dwyne Hill is an experienced professional with a passion for sports and a strong track record in leadership, staff development, audit oversight, and policy drafting. He will bring extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and financial expertise and believes he can contribute significantly to the growth and success of Paddle Northern Ireland. He was previously a Project Manager with Hockey Ireland and a Development Officer with the Volleyball Association of Ireland and has board experience with Meath LSP and the Claremount Stadium. Dwyne is currently the CEO of Pitch and Putt Ireland and a consultant to Sport Ireland's Anti-Doping Unit.

Throughout his career, he has observed the transformative power of sports in fostering personal growth, teamwork, and community development. His love and passion for sports have been a driving force in his life and he has held several voluntary roles in sports clubs. He firmly believes in the power of sports to inspire, unite, and transform communities and is deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the sporting community.
