Paddle Northern is the trading name of The Canoe Association of Northern Ireland which is registered at Companies House.
Below you will find information about the upcoming Paddle Northern Ireland AGM and a link to register your attendence or if you are unable to attend, register your proxy vote.
The AGM is a formal meeting of members and provides an opportunity to review the last 12 months of the organisation and allows voting members to adopt the resolutions of the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting as a voting member (Full, Life & Recreational), you are entitled to appoint a 'proxy' to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at a general meeting of the Company.
