The Introduction to Safeguarding eLearning is for those with incidental or no contact with children. It is the minimum training for coaching.

British Canoeing Awarding Body's Safeguarding Refresher Training is for those who have previously completed the UK Coaching Safeguarding & Protecting Children course (or equivalent) and are required to refresh their training every 3 years.
It will refresh your safeguarding knowledge and provide additional awareness training on a specific topic where safeguarding concerns may arise.
The Safeguarding Refresher core content and additional modules have been updated to reflect the latest in legislation and best practice. The additional modules look at social media and positive safeguarding culture.
The social media module looks at the associated risks of online communication platforms and how to stay safe whilst using them.
The positive safeguarding culture module follows the six key principles of safeguarding: empowerment, prevention, protection, proportionality, partnership and accountability. Each principle is explored within the context of a sporting environment and looks at how they can be used to develop and embed safer practices across your environment.
